City politicians in Cologne have called for a spring concert by the former member of the British avant-garde rock band Pink Floyd to be canceled, citing the musician's controversial political stance on Russia's war in Ukraine and accusations of antisemitism.
The majority of the city council's members, who span the political spectrum, sent an open letter to the management of Lanxess-Arena, the large-scale venue hosting the performance on May 9. Accused of antisemitism
