タイではトイレをそれ用に用意したりしているようだけど、
スポーツの枠組みや刑務所問題だと、むつかしいな。

イギリスでは女子刑務所への意向を希望するほとんどが暴力犯罪者であり、そのうちの６０％が性犯罪者という統計がある。
考えてみればこれは自然な成り行きだ。女子刑務所への移転には時間がかかる。精神科の診断書も必要だし二年間女子として生きたという証明も必要。短期の刑期を受けている人は、そういう面倒くさいことはしない。だから必然的に長期受刑者ということになり、犯罪も悪質なものになっていくというわけ。
移転の条件に去勢を義務付けたらこういう希望は激減するとおもうけどなあ。

男子部門でうだつの上がらない自称トランスジェンダー女性の男性が女性選手に混じって競技、奨学金やランキングをさらっていくばかりか、その体格差から大怪我を負わせる危険もある。 女性を尊び守ってきたのは保守派であって、ジェンダー信者のリベラルではないよ。
「オリンピックはどうなる」とリプ欄にあるので補足。 この大統領令は連邦政府の資金を受け取っている学校が対象。つまり被害を受けるのは発育途中で将来もある子ども達。 トランプ大統領はこれに真っ向から反対していて、トランス女子を女子競技に参加させる学校は連邦資金を取り消すとしていた。
近年英国ラグビー界は「トランスジェンダー女性(元男性)を女子のチームでプレイさせましょう」と盛んにプッシュしている。しかし、骨格もテストステロンの量も圧倒的に平均女性選手を上回る「彼ら」との競技は、女子選手にとって危険極まりない。 写真を見ても一目瞭然。

これを推してるのがストーンウォールという、伝統的にLGBの人権を守るはずの市民団体。多くのLGB会員たちが、トランス一点張りの姿勢に抗議して脱退している。
私も読みましたよ。LGB同盟はイギリス発です。アメリカでは多々の州で男遺伝子を持ってる人間は女性競技に参加できないという規則を通しています。いずれ最高裁判所で審議せざる負えない問題となるでしょう。
自称女を女性と認めたら、女性は社会から抹消されるんだよ。トランスジェンダーリズムは全女性の敵なのだ。

Official figures show for the first time the true scale of offending by criminals who were born male but were allowed to move into female jails after changing gender.
